You retain rights to content you send, but you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content or restrict features to comply with law or protect users.
8. Voice, video & third-party services
Real-time features may use third-party infrastructure (for example WebRTC signaling, push notifications). Your use of those features is subject to their technical requirements and our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if you have not paid.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where required by law.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
